This is mod that converts lcs Donald Love to GTA VC. The model is not changed because I noticed that Toni CIpriani and Donald have almost same looking model.
If you want to play with Donald replace player.dff and player.txd in gta3.img and go to models folder in your vc directory and then go to generic folder and replace player.bmp otherwise just go to gta3.img and replace CSdlove.dff and CSdlove.txd
