You tired of Grove Street? Tired of ghetto, green Grove members, characters and old houses? This mod replaces it all!
This mod replaces all Grove Street houses to new ones. Also, you can see Art Gallery, church, basketball places, rancho, mini casino, hot-dogs and many other things there.
All Grove members now wear new clothes and they have new faces.
Sweet, Ryder, Big Smoke, OG Loc, Emmet and Denise were replaced.
Now there are 5 members in GS gang, and there are some rich people in Grove Street.
Many rare cars parked in various places of Grand Street.
Now you can sit! Press H to do it.
CJ wear official clothes from start game.
Now you can visit all clothes shops form start game.
Now there is a garage like in SF in East Los Santos, near Cluckin' Bell.
Grand Street Modification is a remake of gta1588, Tado and GTA-Sakmara New Grove Street mods (because their mods don't work).
The mod is recommended to use with Ganton Rocks Mod
Or you can use another mod, which replaces CJ's, Sweet's and Denise's houses. Grand Street Mod doesn't replace them because I want to have no influence for SA storyline.
