This converts Victor Vance from a cutscene model to a player model, but with a lot of editing done to it. Both texture and model have been heavily edited to make Victor look more like himself on the VCS screens.

This version contains a Street Outfit, and a Soiree outfit.

Next versions will have more clothing and a possibly better face.
