Installation:

-Open "Playerped.rpf" with SparkIV, located in Grand Theft Auto IV\pc\models\cdimages
-search for "head_diff_000_a_whi.wtd" click on edit and import the new file from the archive. ( do the same with "hand_diff_000_a_whi" & "head_normal_000" )
-Save and Close, Done!
