OK so i used the wmyst model the dude in combat jacket and replaced the security dude(wmysgrd.txd and .dff)allso adding on few cool stuff like camo pants, some neat half jacket lol, gloves and a S.T.A.R.S. sign on his back
Now the pic is taken in ped editor so every word is backflipped like allways in it but it looks normal once ingame.Hope you peeps like it XD
PS if you wanna replace him with a cop or something you can replace it with the lapd1.txd and lapd1.dff.
OFfcourse you need the IMG TOOL 2 for instaling(search the google img tool 2 free download lolz my link allways breaks)then replace use the img tool to access the gta3.img archive and edit/find the file you want to replace it with(default is the wmysgrd.txd and wmysgrd.dff but you can replace it with what ever you want well beside CJ cause hes not a ped)
