Theres two ways you can do this, either open up the individual files in ?:\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\Grand Theft Auto IV\pc\models\playerped.rpf with SparkIV and replace the correct textures or import the supplied wtds with SparkIV into playerped.rpf Enjoy
