Simple .txd redesign off old swat skin all you gotta do is replace the swat.txd located inside GTA3.img archive using IMG TOOL 2.0(or which ever one you have lolz).
PS on the backs off the skins its written OCT
idk i think i could but prolem is my single player wont work so i mainly play SA:MP and if i tried changing something CJ wears i simply couldnt know how it looks b4 i upload and plus my samp crashes when ever i tried modding some off CJ clothes lolz
