So you'll need something that removes the file check
I can't include the following mod as its already been released and would clutter the system. Also I do not have permission from chamber to do so.
But just to say Necropolis Main lua is something I recommend . By the way with that mod you can have just necropolis-main.lua in your Alice scripts with this and you'll have great fun. To spice it up a bit more you can mod the file by changing the lines inside (specific to those lines).

That will make the zombies run
Another good mod to have fun with this is GTA IV Native trainer 3.3 or 4.1
There are some models that are not included which are. Emergency (police paramedics and fire department) Taxis All Ig models and all gangs. Jim fitz French Tom Prisonaom myromancab. Considering gangs shoot theres no point in including them. All others have 1 function and aren't included as zombies in the mod.
Also models FYpqueens FYpmanhat03 and FYpcool02 all have trouble being zombies due to reasons unknown. I will fix this in an update if I find out how.
Update: to fix the textures myromancab myswat mmfbi mmfatcop fystreet34 fyvillbo01 open the modified componentpeds.img with sparkIV and import the files provided in fix01.rar
