Modded Features:
4star Racing; All the races are available from the start. Note that it is not advised to do the mission races (High Stakes-low-rider, Wu Zi Mu & Farewell My Love) before they are available as missions. Lots of specials: vehicles, teleporters, armories, garages, new unique jumps, pirate treasure, etc.
Extra gang territories in SF & LV for 4star Gang Wars.
Added ramps for boat jumps, extra bribes & boat spawns, different drug dealers and peeing homeless peds.
Note that this 'version' was known to have a lot of crashes due to the large amount of features, so be forwarned & save often.
