Just a good savegame. in the screenshots i have a POWER bar and that is from a superman mod i don't remember who from but anyways most of the houses are bought, all missions except zero's are done.
im too lazy to find all the oysters etc. so there ya go.

Well if ur looking for 100%, go look for another save game. There's plenty of them. Some of us appreciate a save game where theres still a bit to do but all the islands are open.
