After playing IV for a while on the console, I noticed that there was a cool tracktop but no pants really matched it. So I promised myself that if IV came out for the pc, it would be one of my first player mods, so I did it. This is a very basic re-texture, all I did was perfectly match the pants color with the tracktop.
