Description 
Lil Wayne ped, mainly for SAMP use. Credits go to Azixx for the dreadlocks and to Masel for the cap model. Rest is by R*, assembled and textured by yours truely.

iused the mod ballas turn into bloods and i turned grove to bloods i downloaded this and now evry1 looks likea blood
