This mod replaces Tommy Vercetti with Victor Vance, the main protagonist in Vice City Stories. He is the brother of Lance Vance who features in Vice City.

The model contains the actual textures used in the game! It serves as an alternative to the other Vic model GTAdedan created, which I also like!

I delayed this mod because I felt that GTAdedan would be pist off with me but he was cool about the release!
