VRTP (Vice City Retexture Project) is a mod that started when I realized that there were few (or none) mods that retexturized the game completely, and so I started to retexturize, the mod began to be developed in March of this year, and throughout it was receiving small or large updates, but over time I believed that the quality was not good and I decided to restart the mod, trying to do the retexturization with a higher quality than the previous mod. The mod name (VRT) was changed after I discovered that there was already a mod with that name.

How to install: If you use modloader, just drop the folder VRTP on your modloader folder, if you not using modloader, you just need a img editor, such as img tool, alcis img editor.
