Description-> Before some days I read a topic in gtaforums saying why Vice City isn`t a dark city like III. So, I made this mod. This mod makes the Vice City a dark city like GTA III.
Features->
=Environment is dark like in GTA III.
=Less weather changes.
=Sparkling water and buildings.
=HD roads and plants.
=A speedobar added for vechiles.
=Infinite flying time with cheats enabled.
=SA style fonts.
=New dark load menu screen.
=New radio station icons.
=HD dark car tyres.
Installation->
To install extract this entire archieve to your Vice City folder. If asks for replacement click on replace all. Thats it!
