This skinpack includes 6 triad models.

The thug has two textures, you can use the thug model on two different peds with the different textures to get both thugs ingame.

Made using 3dsmax and Photoshop.
Models made by me and Rockstar Games.

Installation:

NOTE

The file names are made up, you will have to find the dff, txd file names you want to replace for these to work.

For example, rename snakehead.dff/txd to omori.dff/txd
This will replace skin id 57 (old asian businessman skin) and so on...

For comfortability, extract the folder from the archive and rename the files before changing anything.
Once you've renamed the files either drop these models into your modloader folder or replace them in gta3.img and rebuild the archive.
If you're using the old gta3.img method I recommend Alci's IMG Editor.
