After plenty of trial and error, I have finally managed to rig Jak for San Andreas as a pedestrian replacement, but you can use the Cleo 3 Skin Changer Mod to be able to play as Jak.

I managed to get the model of Jak from a Mod for Super Smash Bros. Brawl for the Wii. I did not port the model, however I am in the process of trying to do so, if I succeed, there shall be more Jak characters to come.

I possibly re-release this with Daxter on Jak's shoulder when I have spare time.
