I have made this mod for people looking for it. I have edited my own mod and have made it much better. The game sometime crashes, sorry for that, and also your game might crash when pressing e when aiming at a person.


To install you have to put the folder SAPFDR into your CLEO folder, and then put the .FXT files in CLEO TEXT, then put the .CS files into the cleo folder itsself.

To do a traffic stop, press 0 on your numpad close to a Vehicle and get out, walk to red circle, then press on the the numpad (3 speeding 6 wreckless driving 9 not driving roadworthy) Then it will show you if you want to see persons id. Then choose 3 options on the numpad to (get the driver to get out to the car let the driver go or issue the driver a fine) Thxs
