This is my own mastersave on which I have completed all tasks possible to achieve the 13, 37% possible before the first mission "Big Smoke", and also accomplished most of the other tasks that do not add percentage to the stats but are available at this time, I say most just because there are almost infinite challenges possible in the free roam of this game. All vehicle storing places are full with special vehicles.
This is what was accomplished:
All side missions completed (including Kickstart at 61 points)
All possible safe houses bought
Burglary missions enabling the infinite run
All skills maximized
All weapons at hitman level
Tatoos from the LV tatoo parlor
No bullets missed (5908 fired - 5908 hits)
No cars sprayed
Progress with Michelle at 100% (racing suit available)
(Note that the progress with Katie and Barbara is at <0 and it doesn't show at the stats, but will increase if you go on a fail date or if you loose progress with them)
Two Timming Enabled (jealous girlfriends still show up)
70 of 70 unique stunt jumps found
69 of 70 unique stunt jumps made (Gant Bridge jump not available)
Groove Street... Home... sound available
King of San Andreas criminal rating - 1000000 exactly
