A complete Save This was made with v1.00 of san andreas so im not sure if it will work with v2.00
of san andreas But it should

What it includes:

Max muscle
100% story line (as the title states)
All horse shoes
All clothing
Every Tag (total of 100)
Each girlfriend has 100%
All skills maxed out
All unique stunts done
All golds in all schools
All oisters
Times busted 0
highest paramedic lvl 12
highest firefighter lvl 12
highest vigilante lvl 12
total cash: 378981281

Put it in My documents/Gta san andreas user files

no need to edit anything unless you have a file wit ha same name

in that case just rename the number(no dont ask theres only 1 number in each save file) to any number from 1 to 8(these are slot numbers)

EDIT: sorry, you need a downgrader as well
