install:
delete player.bmp in models\generic
delete player.dff and player.txd in gta3.img
add player.dff and player.txd in gta3.img

actually it say no download that means the user removed it if it was the staff it would say "file has been uploaded and will appear online shortly" so i dont think its the staffs fault.

I was wondering that as well. I think a moderator deleted it because they thought it was the same upload as the previous one because of the similar description... seems like they need to pay better attention. Also seems like they have been slacking this whole week, newly uploaded mods are taking way too long for the files to become available.
