I decided to convert AK73's VC:Traffic to GTA 3, to increase amount of vehicles/peds in Liberty City and their draw distances.
Installation: copy "mss" folder to GTA 3 root directory. Some parameters in the config file are ignored, most of the draw distance related parameters you can change. Content of vctraf.cfg(my personal settings) also can be used in GTA Vice City.

Major errors were fixed, config a little modified, the game is finally crowded, like i wanted. Still no exe 1.1 support yet.
