This is the Ultimate Starter Save for GTA III made by the Chain Game players.
This save includes all possible side missions done at the beginning of the game before completing the first storyline mission without the use of cheats, getting busted or wasted.

NOTE: "Give Me Liberty" and "Luigi's Girls" were not completed. This resulted in several differences between the normal Ultimate Starter Saves and this one. The most notable detail is that Claude is still wearing the Prison Outfit. Another notable difference is that the Portland hideout is still locked - and it will only unlock after "Give Me Liberty" has been passed.
In order to progress, you will need to trigger the "Give Me Liberty" mission. However, there is no specific marker for it. See the related forum topic for details on how to activate the mission.
