Hello, I want to submit 2 skins i made...
I was tired of the old skins so i changed em... Hands/Fingers are now nicely modeled and balaclava added to the face...
INSTALL: Put open gta3.img in gta 3/models folder with Img-Tool
and delete army.dff (backup perhaps) and put mine in... Then go to Txd.Img and do the same thing with army.txd.. (SAME DO WITH SWAT.DFF AND .TXD)...
Then enjoy the skins..
