Description

When CJ wheres the vest he starts with at the begging of the game his neck and arms are completly white like a ghost and the vest has GTA SA logo on it.

hate to say bad things about someone's work, (i really do) but man... Seriously? that must be some sort of failed experiment you was hoping for something a LOT better but got this and stuck with it.
