this is a cop skin for tommy this is the cop clothes that miami cops wear.
Instalation:right click on the gta vc shortcut and choose propeties
then click at open file location after that open the map skins and put the skin in there.
to have the skin when you play gta vc start gta vc then options then click player skins
setup then double click on the skin you going to have that skin on you.
