Installion
- Put all skin to (Default directory) C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto Vice City\Skins

Apologize
- Sorry for my bad skins because I made it for test my picture decorating skill.
- Sorry for my bad English because I am Thai.
- "Halo Wet" skin, you need to have good eyes to see water spot on the armour.

Programe used
- ACD See Pro 10 (Because my new computer haven't Photoshop! )

I want to ask you
- In normallly, I make mods for GTA San Andreas. Not usually I want to make for GTA Vice City.
- I installed CLEO 3 on GTA Vice City and game crashed! Someone tell me why my game crash!
- Default GTA Vice City's particles are bad. Someone tell me where I can find good particles and effects for GTA Vice City.
