This mod... yes this one, adds a purple-blue shirt that replaces the white t-shirt from binco and fits great with a ballas mod 
I didnt include a readme file in this
this is what you need to do:
use IMGtool and replace the original tshirtwhite.txd with my one
be sure to backup your files just in case you dont like my mod... but youll like it
