For frame limit adjuster to work the .exe must be called gta_sa but to launch the game from steam it must be called gta-sa (the difference is - and _ just to make it clear). load of crap.
Cannot find my gta.  Doesn't works on Euro 1.01 Is there any way to make this permanent, I'm bored to open it every time I try to play the game, if not no prob its cool as is. If your PC was old and couldn't get a high FPS in SA, then trying to set SA to limit a FPS that is too high compared to what your PC can handle, would be futile.
GTA IV doesn't use a Frame Limiter like the previous GTA games. It will use VSync, or it won't limit the frames at all, if VSync is turned off. View All Comments | Add Comment |
