Think about it, CJ is a co-owner of "Four Dragons Casino" and manager of Madd Dogg. Why he had not any income by these? It's a mistake in the storyline, I guess, and now I'd fix it.
Money will be spawn in front of casino after mission "Breaking the Bank at Caligula's" and in front of mansion after completing the storyline, when Madd Dogg got his first gold album. I think, that's right.
Warning, after you saving your game with this cleo-mods, you'll can't delete money makers.
There are two cleo-files in archive, one for mansion and one for casino. Of course you can install only one of them.
