start gta sa and close it not quit go to your gta san andreas folder and open gta sa car spawner

SOLUTIONS - right-click on the trainer then click properties, set the compatibility as Windows XP service pack 2 then try inject it. it should work perfectly...

Ok for all you guys asking why it wont inject. GTA SA must be started up first. Then press the windows key go to the inject window and inject it. Hope this helped
