Replacing the old loading screens
to GTA IV load screens + changing

Requirements:
Alcis Saat GUI FrontEnd Tool

Installation:

>For the sound:

After you install the Alcis, double click the .exe and double click the file 'GENRL'.
Then you should have a folder in the san andreas directory called GENRL.
Replace this folder with the new and double click the Alcis, double click the GENRL
and click 'SAVE' under the word 'file'.

>For the screens:

Copy the folder 'models' inside your san andreas directory.
