The answer is not to install the handling data... the mod is now set up to just drag and drop all the dff and txd files into gta3.img  i just added an update that makes my Fiesta fully SAMP compatible, and adds GTA style bodykit to it. I plan to make som e proper bodykit for it soon, but these ones looked so funny on it, i thought i would keep them for now  I think the Flash can be found around San Fierro, or you can use a car spawner Also you could edit cargrp.dat to make it appear more frequently in other places, or to add it to a cheat code...
