Description

this is a tropic modification that chances it in a tropic that looks like the vcs one

Instalation:
replace the tropic.dff in the gta3.img with mine (can be done whith spark or img tool)
no need of txd

Done

have fun!

dont edit my mod whithout permission

ps: can be used in sa:mp and mta
