sos i can make a vortex fly without that mod just need cheats first grab a vortext next get any vehicle and next type this bubblecars after that move the vehicle taht your driving to the vortex it should the vehicle should touch the vrotext after that the vortext will float then after that get a jacpot(lol i froget to spell) and fly over the vortext (stand on it) after that press enter to go in vortext then you can drive the vortext if you want it speed type speedfreak
