I try to call them but nothing happend. I paste .cs into cleo and .fxt into text but still doesn't even show any gangs, police, army or fbi ... DON'T DOWNLOAD !!

It looks like the game doesn't handle these gang members like the ones who can be recruited, so the only way to get rid of them is to kill them . If you are adept in CLEO coding, you can change the key combinations for yourself.

You should press and hold the "gang dismiss button" (usually H). Or try to go far from them, they will dismiss that way, too.

Hey i dont know if im doing it wrong but i think i got a problem... it seems that i cant dissmiss my own gang after ive called them... i can only tell them to stay and when i come back to the same area... they are still there... what should i do?

Yes, if the game runs properly and you installed CLEO, the mod should work, too.
