But I haven't understood what you wished to tell, having written word ">PERIOD good for you- well then.. since you didn't pay attention in class, allow me educate you- #1, RusLev did not "steal RR's design" -he modeled the RR logos and emblems, says it's a RR and doesn't claim otherwise - in order for him to steal their design, he would have to say that he designed it, name it something other than a RR and distribute it as such - #2, RusLev modeled it from scratch (from nothing), therefore, it is RusLev's property, nobody else, and in order to modify it in ANY WAY and redistribute it, you need his permission >PERIOD< - #3, RusLev is not charging any monies for his model, which means he does not have to pay royalties to RR for the use of their design.. however, there is now a new loophole which gives us modelers more rights, so even if he did charge for it, he still wouldn't have to give any royalties - and if you're calling me Judge Dredd because I chose to protect somebody's property from no talent hacks such as yourself and your butt buddy- you damn right AxeLite commented over 14 years ago: hey Judge Dredd, it's very pity that I didn't see your answer to me.
