Installation:
Back up your files First!
Replace the file: Index2.whm at:
C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand theft Auto IV\pc\html\whattheydonotwantyoutoknow\
I haven't confirmed yet if there are any other "old" sites that you can rename and replace, but I know you can with whattheydonotwantyoutoknow, because it has index.whm and index2.whm
so I renamed and re-mapped index2 to index (1) because it contained old links that used to be in gta iv, but were removed in before the final release. I supose that can be done with other sites too?

Installation: Backup your file(s) First! Replace the file Index2.whm in the location: (Local Disk) Ex: Local disk C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand theft Auto IV\pc\html\whattheydonotwantyoutoknow\ Start up your grand theft auto iv, go to the in game computer internet, go on whattheydonotwantyoutoknow.com and enjoy the enhanced version of the site!
NOTE: Be careful when you enter the site name in gta iv as you have to pay attention to the full name and how it is spelled! "Gotta love "
