This mod makes the rain to look like snow. It is still in beta version so it’s going to have improvements until the final version is released.
Installation:
First method:
1.Start the installer, browse your GTA IV folder and install
2.Play and Enjoy
Second method:
1.Copy and replace the files gtaRainRender and gtaRainEmitter to GTA IV folder->pc->data->effects
2.Copy and replace the file fx_rain.wtd to GTA IV folder->pc->textures
3.Play and Enjoy
