Description

This mods the adverts on the subway and Various Billboards.

How to install:

1. Open IMGtool.exe
2. open GTA3.img
3. Replace the textures in the GTA3.img with the ones in the achive.
4. rebuild achive.
5. delete TXD.img and TXD.DIR
6. load game
7. Enjoy!
