Hi try to do a bmp picture on a square with paint look like gta 4 arrow = light yellow and dark yellow, after import this to your txd file.after open 3ds MAx and import the dff click on skip coll and click the A (auto skin) button after do export dff and replace in your gta3.img.try to do this i don't have test try by yourself! i hope this will work! sorry for my english.

Yea I know but i Dont know how to change color because there is not .txd file in gta3.img

First thx for comment. I try to make GTA IV marker like and d875j yes you can use it...
