This is traffic cleo mod, which spawns pimpmobiles in city traffic. There are pimp and local black hoe inside the broadway. Pimp always got thousand dollars and cane, and so agressive. Pimpmobiles have purple salon and custom color of body, side skirts and golden low-rider wheels with hydraulic. Looking very cool in traffic.
Pimpmobiles spawn only if you in one of three San Andreas cities, not in countryside. You can hijack one of them to begin pimp missions. I think, this is better, than usual broadway cars.
By the way, I think, that game was a bit unfinished without pimps, because this is important part of all that ghetto-conception. If you want special voice for pimps, change "VOICE_GEN_BMYPI, VOICE_GEN_BMYPI" to "VOICE_GEN_BYMPI, VOICE_GEN_BYMPI" in peds.ide file in data folder. In original game pimps have not any voice because of bug.
