what does this actually do? i installed it and all it did was remove the colored dot next to a players head, but not the name? can anyone tell me how to install or what i have done wrong. i put the hud.wtd file into the pc textures folder, but not the leggimi.nfo thing because i have no idea what that is

i cant find a gta iv multiplayer mod that isnt yours! make a multiplayer mod that shows the dots! plZ!?!?
makes the game harder and funnier, its not cheating, so dont cry here, Awesome mod job
