I made some tests about the enb water and I'm now proud to release my work on that.
You should get a really nice water with one of those two modfications.
-> Modification 1:
Just copy the particle.txd in your models folder. It's a clean (I mean, original) file with only this mod. You can mod this file with
other mod like NGE, just extract the waterclear256 and the alpha with txd workshop, download the mod you want and then, add the two files
in the new file.
If you want the nice-looking blue water of the pictures, change UseWaterDeep=0 to
1 and be sure to have WaterQuality=0, it won't work otherwise!
-> Modification 2:
Add both waterclear256 and the alpha with txd workshop to you particle.txd.

Try changing the line AllowAntialias in your enbseries.ini to AllowAntialias=0, it should fix the problem.
