Echo is a civilian cop car/taxi. I took High Quality/HD Taxi (made by OnePiece) and deleted lights on roof, L.C. TAXI sign, etc.

Thanks OnePiece for permission to release this car.

v1.10 updated using model from newest OnePiece's HD car pack.

Echo to cywilne wydanie radiowozu/taksowki. Wzialem Taksowke w wysokiej jakosci/HD (stworzona przez OnePiece) i usunalem koguta na dachu, napis L.C. TAXI, itp.

Dzieki OnePiece za pozwolenie na rozpowszechnianie tego samochodu.

Po wiecej informacji zajrzyj do dolaczonego pliku readme.

Wersja v1.10 stworzona na bazie uaktualnionego modelu z paczki samochodow HD autorstwa OnePiece.

Actually, during the initial development of GTAII, the civilian version of the taxi/police car was initially going to be called "Elegant". However, that vehicle never made it into the final game for unknown reasons. It wasn't until San Andreas that the civilian version of the Taxi/police car was introduced, only this time it was then called "Premier" instead of "Elegant", however a very similar looking sedan was designed and called "Elegant", hinting that POSSIBLY the taxi/police cars on SA were going to be based off of the "Elegant" instead of the "premier".
