dumbsh*ts... you don't need an editor... all you need to do is open weapon.dat in notepad and change the numbers there. it's a lot simpler and easier than f*cking with some bullsh*t program anyway... lolol. think for yourselves for once instead of letting someone else do it for you... >:-

if you guys have gta ultimate editor, you can just change the animation from flame to rifle, and changed the minigun fire offsets with the m4 fire offsets... it will then fire like a rifle... without the muzzle going up...
