To install this mod you need to extract rar, end put a "Grand Theft Auto IV" folder in your GTAIV installation directory
"/Rockstar Games/Grand Theft Auto IV". Allow files to replace original files.

This really needs to be made compatible with EFLC. I can't stand seeing the bland vanilla textures after having played GTA IV with these awesome textures for so long!

im used winrar for descompact the file in gta iv directory
(copy "pc" folder to Rockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto IV and replace ALL archives... ) have fun !

well i downloaded this mod earlier too via megaupload linkz
each of 500MB
but i dont hav proper grafic card 2 run da game
so
& yeah blindly i deleted this mod using shift delete
so i was very upset coz at that time ma net download speed
was abt 33KBPS
while now its abt 250KBPS
so its easy 2 download

I got this on 19th March thx toa friend that is working in IT networking and had fast speed downloads. SO i managed to get each part at 2Mb speed (2024Kbps).

i downloaded torrent... and im seeding now, anywayz, nothing is corrupted or not working, i extracted rars and its great... the install is like crack, just copy gta iv fie to ur gta iv installed directory... its easy... files will overwrite... and, taa daa... its much better... looks more realistic... thx uploader
