New blood textures and increase the size of their appearance.

Updates:
Version 1.16
Corrected a mistake with Head and Leg wounds using the wrong textures
Added Leg wound Spec
Reduced Leg wound color brightness

Version 1.15
Changed Wounds (peddamage.wtd)

Further increase to blood size appearance and lifetime
Re-created wounds and blood pools
Edits to splatters.

man, i can't have this working, when i copy bloodfx.dat, my game won't launch, please anyone help

What I meant was, I just want to be able to see this mod myself in FREE MODE but there is hardly any blood. Any ideas?

This mod is one of those absolutely essential for me. By saying that i must admit that i'm a sick blood-thirsty maniac but that's in fact a pickle for me. Simply I'm not. This mod helped me realise that you MUST use this mod. The more blood you see, and you see exaggetated effects of your acts it makes you think not only about the game itself. I mean this is really gory, sometimes simply sick and disgusting. But it also helps to bring another piece of reality into the world of LC. In this perspective you also get another aspect of reality - moral and philosofical, even if it's by so axaggerated means like this one ! But we're talking about the game, so from player's view - you can't miss it ! What's important: if you're not concerned about violence that much, think that perhaps it's been nicely hidden behind unrealistic blood effects. This mod helps notice that, makes it more real, but exaggerates ? Maybe it's a paradox, or maybe this is exactly why it works for me ! Thanks ! This mod is always on ! When clothes are soaked with blood, and you have settings 100% including tweaked reflections resolution it just looks realistic, much more than that ! Great work !

If you need textures on high, then not many people are going to download this. Only a few percentage of PC's can handle high textures in this badly optimized PC code!

I highly recommend this. The new textures are excellent (especially the wound textures), and they are not quite as exaggerated as the screenshots suggest. Do give it a try before judging it. If you like the new textures but think the amount of blood is excessive, do what I did and install the textures, but not the "bloodFx.dat" file (which increases the size of the blood splatter).

Hi, sorry to bother but: I have tried to get this to work. I've ran magic.bat, and replaced the old files with the new ones. I still can't get it to work. What am I missing?

OMG! This is the best mod i have ever seen. I love it, and i love you for making it (no homo!) could you make accurate bullet wounds on the NPC models where you have shot them?
