It doesn't have a damn thing to do with racism. After 5+ years of playing this game, I just wanted to look at a different player for a while. I switched lots of the characters around, And turned CJ into Tommy Vercetti. Before that he was Jason Voorhees. It just adds variety. No one would complain if you swapped out a car in the game for a real car, Why complain when someone makes a new player model for a change.
