Description

This mod replaces some of the textures in-game to give you better looking effects. I have kept most modified textures as their original size, which means you won't notice any drop in performance. I've kept most particles (smoke, dust etc) intact, as any attempt to change them usually looks retarded. (Unless you are very bored and wish to spend your time perfecting pixels)

thanks for the awesome mod! i have a weak minitower that runs SA on all low settings lol with this, everything looks nicer without the cost of performance! thanks for keeping to rest of us in mind

Those effects are a great piece of sh*t... blood looks like it's mixed with water, it's pink blood... only the vehicle effects are +/-... It just SUCKS!!

The NOS in this mod looks awesome, as well as skid marks and so :P

Also, it hardly slows down your computer to a standstill when the effects are heavy, being almost the same as performance as the original GTASA - unlike a lot of other detailed effects mods, you don't need a really good graphic card.
